Support the Blyth Festival

The Blyth Festival is a donor- and Member-supported charitable organization.

Every ticket purchased, Membership renewed, legacy gift pledged, and donation made helps bring original Canadian stories to life in rural Ontario – and helps ensure those stories continue to reach audiences across the country.

You can support our work in any of these ways:

Membership & Annual Giving

Membership is one of the most meaningful ways to support the Blyth Festival year-round.

Members help sustain the artistic life of the Festival while becoming part of a community of people who care deeply about Canadian theatre, rural storytelling, and the future of new work and young artists.

Membership also brings you a little closer to the work itself. When you become a Member, you’ll enjoy early access to tickets, Festival updates, special communications, and opportunities to engage more deeply throughout the season.

Annual Membership gifts may currently be directed to:

  • Festival Operations
  • Young Company

One-Time & Tribute Gifts

Some supporters simply wish to make a one-time gift to the Festival – whether in memory of a loved one, in honour of a special occasion, or as a personal gesture of support for the work happening here.

These gifts help sustain the ongoing work of the Blyth Festival and are always deeply appreciated.

Tribute and memorial gifts are recognized annually in the Blyth Festival house program, unless anonymity is requested.

Leadership & Major Giving

Leadership gifts help make some of the Blyth Festival’s most ambitious artistic work possible. This work ranges from commissioning and developing new plays to strengthening artist support, education, training, and long-term organizational capacity.

If you are considering a leadership-level investment in the Festival’s future, we would be delighted to begin a conversation.

Legacy Giving

Some supporters choose to make the Blyth Festival part of the legacy they leave behind.

Legacy gifts help ensure future generations can continue gathering in Blyth to experience original Canadian stories, discover new artists, and build community through theatre.

We would be honoured to speak with you confidentially about including the Festival in your future plans.
