Keith Roulston was the co-founder of the Blyth Festival in 1975 along with James Roy and Anne Chislett. Although he was publisher of newspapers and magazines (with his wife Jill) until 2017 when he retired, he was author of many plays for the Festival over the years and was president of the board of directors for 8 years including two terms. Powers and Gloria is one of the most popular of his plays.
