Blair is delighted to be making his Blyth Festival debut, and to be back onstage after the last show he was in closed early due to the pandemic. As an actor and director, Blair has worked in the theatre for more than thirty five years across Canada, the US and England. Acting credits include: A Bellyfull (Theatre Aquarius); OSLO (Studio 180); Unholy (Nightwood); The Game’s Afoot at Vertigo Theatre (Calgary); Educating Rita for the Thousand Islands Playhouse; Flesh and Other Fragments Of Love (Tarragon); Pig (Buddies in Bad Times) and over thirty productions with the Shaw Festival. Blair has also played the Segal Centre; Soulpepper; Theatre Calgary; Citadel Theatre; Canadian Stage; The Walnut Street Theatre, Philadelphia; Geva Theatre, Rochester, and the Everyman Theatre, Liverpool, England. Blair has toured the US and Australia with the internationally renown chamber orchestra Tafelmusik. He directs and reads audio books, and is the voice of Mr. Porter on Nickelodeon’s Paw Patrol. A native of North Bay, Ontario Blair is a graduate of the National Theatre School of Canada.
