For Blyth: Debut
What a great way to celebrate 50 years as a professional actor, being invited to be part of the Blyth Festival.
My pro acting days started in the UK. Returning home to Canada, I’ve played parts across the country; including 10 seasons/Stratford Festival and 14 seasons/Shaw Festival. There were forays southerly to New York and Washington D.C. TV/film roles, plus many animation voices. Two great kids, great life partner. And now Blyth as a bonus.

My first apprenticeship was here at the Blyth Festival and I am thrilled to be returning this season. I’ve performed from Vancouver Playhouse to Ottawa’s NAC, highlights include The Music Man at the Citadel, Hank Williams: The Show He Never Gave at Grand Bend, and 8 seasons at the Stratford Festival. After 18 years as a flight instructor and Birddog pilot, it is a privilege to return to my first love — the Theatre.
