Student Art Paintings from local talented young artists included in the auction
Included with the 100+ pieces up for auction are an array of student works. Art teacher Julie Gillam of Central Huron Secondary School in Clinton had 20 of her students create these fabulous offerings to help support the Blyth Festival and we are so grateful.
Blyth Artistic Director Gil Garratt added his appreciation for this fundraising online event for 2022: “Once again, the community that surrounds the Blyth Festival continues to show their support to the theatre and we are immensely grateful. To the artists that are donating their own work to help secure our future, thank you”.”
After a difficult couple of years, this auction well help build towards a successful 2023 season.
Intention to submit by artists should be indicated by September 24. Art must be received by October 14 at the Blyth Festival box office (call for hours) 1-877-862-5984.
The online auction event will be opened on Nov. 1, 2022 at 10 a.m. on the www.blythfestival.com website, with the final bidding activities coming to a close on Dec. 1, 2022.
